Secure Access
The keys for the villa will be deposite for you on site in a key safe, so you have an easy arrival and do not need to check in at an agent's office. The current code for the key safe will ne supplied to you by WhatsApp or SMS on the day of your arrival. Also on Check-Out you can deposit then key back in the key safe.
Parking
Inside the gate of the villa there is parking for 1 car. Yet, the street is very quite and it is no problem to park additional cars outside the gate in the street. So when traveling with more than one family there is ample space to park more than one car without any problems or concerns about street parking.
3 bedrooms with private baths
For maximum comfort the villa features three bedrooms, ech with private bath en-suite. So when staying with more than one family, everybody has their privacy and need not share a bathroom. Each bedroom is equipped with a double bed and baby cots are available upon request. if need be, the sofabed in the lounge can be prepared as an extra double bed for 2 pax. There is also a separate bathroom upstairs for the guests sleeping in the lounge.
Private Pool
One eye catcher of the villa is the infinity pool which is for exclusive use to the guests at the villa. The pool is on the same level as the lounge, kitchen and dining area, as well as the large upper terrace. Day-life is extremely comfortable because all is integrated and conversations between people at the pool and others in the shade or even inside can ´be held seamlessly and not even the cooks are left out of the action. For parents it is very convenient, being able to watch the kids at all times.
Close to the beach
The playa castell beach is just 5 minutes away from the villa. For kids a perfect combination. Spend the morning at the beach, return home for lunch and chill by the pool in the afternoon. If you prefer beach-hopping, there are many more beaches of all sizes close by within a 10-20 km perimeter.
Magnificent Views
Being situated on the hill, the villa features exquisite vies on the village below, the stretch to the sea, the pinetas and finally the sea itself. You always have a view to the horizon, even from all bedrooms and can watch the fishermen go outand return to Palamós with the catch of the day, as well as criuse-ships passing by along the coast.
Booking Procedure
Please contact us with your travel dates and we will send you a quotation by Email. if your travel dates are not available in your calendar, you can still send us your inquiry and we can put you on the waiting list in case of last minute cancellations. Upon your acceptance of our quotation you will receive a booking confirmation and request for deposit payment. Final payment is only due 4 weeks prior to check-in and we have a moderate cancellation policy. Details will be given to you in the quotation. You can also opt to book through one of the holiday rental platforms linked below. The villa is featured on all these sites and you can take advantage of their respective booking protection mechanisms for clients.
