SLEEPING LIKE KINGS AND QUEENS

At the [manuki mas] the private and sleeping quarters are intentionally separated from the "action" to provide room for retreat and relaxation. Located on the lower level, all three bedrooms feature an en-suite bathroom with toilet, sink and shower as well as double beds. Through the glass doors one can enjoy the unobstructed views to the sea straight out of bed and access the lower terrace. Electric metal shutters cater for a good night's sleep and enhanced security. Additionally, the large entrance hall and patio add to a mondane appeal of the villa and provides additional storage space for groceries, beach toys etc.

GARDEN AND TERRACES

The villa features ample garden and terrace spaces all around. while the upper level terraces compliment the pool and the daily action, the lower terrace is provides a more quiet space that is accessible from the entrance as well as directly from the bedrooms. The towering entrance palmtrees are the perfect place for a hammock and one can rest there to read a book in the shade or just enjoy the gentle breeze. The inner driveway allows parking for one car but there is more space in the street for parking without parking restrictions. The villa features a natural garden with a patch of cirtus trees, various palm trees, a fig treem, an olive tree and a hedge of cypresses which caters for additional privacy in the quite neighborhood.

ENTERTAINMENT AND SMART HOME

For guest-safety, the villa is equipped with a connected alarm and a grid of surveillance cameras. For privacy, the cameras are switched off when guests are in site and the alarm is disarmed. In armed mode, all your belongings at the villa are under supervision. For entertainment the house is equipped with a Bluetooth sound system and a premium spotify account. The TV features an extensive entertainment center with hundreds of international channels and movies. For weather forecasts, news or trivia, you can always ask "Alexa" on site to get answers to your questions and to stay in the loop.

At just 4 km bee-line from the [manuki mas], lies one of the nicest beaches at the entire Costa Brava, so beach and pool vacation just blends into one another. Spend the day at the beach and then return to your cozy home-base that has all amenities and caters for relaxed evenings, a dip in the pool or just a relaxed time on the terrace.
